For Carbon Boro, APEX LAB built a private intelligence layer over Google Analytics 4 and Search Console. It connects traffic, search demand and high-intent actions, then turns them into a prioritized view of what changed and where to move next.
Decision brief. Call taps are up 18%, almost all from phones arriving through Google Maps. Next move: the pricing page ranks 11th for "24 hour gym near me". Pushing it to page one is the biggest win on the table.
